Who do we hope takes part in this in person?:

  • steering committee members
  • chairs/co-chairs of the different groups
  • other partners, like CHIN, etc. who do not have a working group, but are interested in our strategic directions

Registration for Strategic Planning Meeting - No fee to register for CLDI members and friends

Lunch-time sign-ups - We are going out for lunch, so put your name on where you want to have lunch, so we can make reservations and plan ahead

Preparing for the meetings:

  • The working groups should meet to give ideas to the chairs, so they can come with everyone's ideas (so that we don't have to do group meetings on the day of and break up the in person meeting)

    • Research Commons Room A-Visualisation Studio, Humanities and Social Sciences Library, McLennan-Redpath Library Complex (map)
      • Room info:    
      • (This is the HSSL on Sherbrooke and McTavish streets. Enter through the McLennan Library Building main entrance and go towards the information desk, and then turn right crossing the bridge to the Redpath Library Building. Stay on the main level of the Redpath Library Building and you'll see the room on the left side of the hallway across from what would be the entrance doors for the Redpath Library Building, but they are now fire escape doors. We'll have signage and people to help guide you there.)
